The director of research and development for the AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF PERMANENT COLOR TECHNOLOGY. As a health care consultant and instructor, Karen served as liaison to major hospitals and insurance companies. She is owner and instructor for, Makeup4Ever, Inc.
