E4. LIPICEL CREAM MOIST

With Vitamins C, E, A and Lipids A unique moisturizing cream which vanishes into the skin leaving a moist, protective barrier with no greasy feel or waxy residue. Highest levels of Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate USP, Ascorbic Acid USP, Ascorbyl GLUCOSAMINE), and Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate USP), also containing Glycoceramides, Sphingolipids and Cholesterol, which are manufactured by Biofermentation of plant life. The highest levels of Ascorbyl Palmitate USP, Ascorbic Acid USP, and Ascorbyl GLUCOSAMINE (Vitamin C) in the industry are presented in an unusual cream developed specifically to enhance the stability of the vitamin C constituents. This blend of vitamin C molecules contains Ascorbyl Palmitate which is lipophilic (fat-loving), and Ascorbic Acid and Ascorbyl Glucosamine which are water soluble (hydrophilic) molecules. The activity of Ascorbyl Palmitate USP, Ascorbic Acid USP, Ascorbyl Glucosamine, Tocopheryl Acetate USP, all free radical scavengers, is well known and well-documented. The combination of topical Vitamin E and various lipoid and hydrophilic forms of Vitamin C have shown some photo  protect ability, or amelioration of injurious effects of sunlight, as well as in recovery from oxidative damage. Vitamin E as a topical also allays the extremely effective topical antioxidant. Vitamin A, as Retinal Palmitate, is important in allowing the skin to improve its tonicity and tautness. The Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate USP) used in this product is a USP grade, not a Cosmetic Grade, and is therefore more pure and stable. Ascorbyl Palmitate and Ascorbic Acid are also USP materials, therefore most predictable and pure. In addition, Lipicel‰ Cream Moist has a Barrier Protectant System of "Lipids (Ceramides, Sphingolipids and Cholesterol) which maintains the efficacy of the Stratum Corneum in completing itís function of retaining moisture, to enhance Barrier function and prevent loss of further moisture (Trans-Epidermal Water Loss). This activity of lipids can be responsible for diminishing of fine lines, as well as general improvement in tonicity and elasticity of the skin.
